Job Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing and qualifying top talent for our embedded teams and client partners. You will be responsible for crafting effective sourcing strategies, engaging passive candidates through targeted outreach, and delivering high-quality shortlists that meet hiring SLAs.

Key responsibilities include:
