Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the qualification and management of leads from various sources, including advertising, online channels, and referrals. You will work closely with our sales teams to ensure accurate client records are maintained in our CRM system, including contact history and loan progress.

You will also assist in preparing and lodging client applications under guidance from senior colleagues, ensuring all supporting documents are complete and compliant with relevant standards. Additionally, you will track outstanding items and follow up with clients to meet submission timelines.

As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will also be responsible for communicating with clients via email and phone, drafting follow-up messages post-meeting or post-settlement, and scheduling calendar events for client calls and virtual meetings.

Furthermore, you will maintain task logs, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and prepare weekly reports on lead conversion, application status, and SLA adherence.
