Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates for various positions within our organization.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with hiring managers to identify talent acquisition needs and develop strategies to attract top talent. You will also be responsible for creating job descriptions, posting job openings, and coordinating the interview process.

  • Sourcing and Interviewing Candidates: Identify qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
  • Job Description Development: Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate and compelling job descriptions that highlight the key responsibilities and requirements of each role.
  • Candidate Management: Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, sending reminders, and following up with candidates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
