Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent attraction strategy, collaborating closely with vendor partners and internal teams to achieve optimal results.
  • Partner with the talent acquisition team to identify upcoming associate hiring needs and champion initiatives to address these requirements.
  • Design and implement a sourcing plan to optimize budget allocation and maximize applicant flow.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative talent attraction ideas.
  • Experience in managing remote, results-driven teams.
  • Demonstrated proactiveness, problem-solving skills, and data-driven critical thinking.
