Executive, Technical Sales & Business Development

Industry Service – Oil & Gas

Reporting to the Sales Manager of Industry Service, you will be responsible for the overall business development initiatives for our services in the Philippines that include NDT services, shop inspection, third party inspection, failure analysis, certification, and industrial inspection.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work with the Management to conceptualize, develop and execute both short term, mid-term and long-term business strategies to contribute to the business growth targets in the Philippines.
  2. Identify new opportunities, markets, partnerships, or alliances.
  3. Drive and grow the Inspection services in the Philippines for new account acquisitions and increase wallet share with existing clients.
  4. Identify, understand, and define customer needs, objectives, and business requirements, and design a solution that can best meet the Clients' requirements.
  5. Collaborate with Operations and Technical Managers to identify, drive and develop new service capabilities.
  6. Collaborate with relevant business units in ASEAN and our strategic partners in project negotiation, pricing strategies and project realization where applicable.
  7. Monitor, review and analyze project progression to maximize financial and business performance.
  8. Actively participate in lead generation activities which include customer workshops, tradeshows, and company events. Work with the corporate team in market research and marketing intelligence activities.
  9. Build, strengthen, and optimize relationships with clients, prospects, and partners.

Remuneration is based on an On-Target Earning scheme.

Key Requirements:

  1. At least a Diploma in an Engineering discipline with at least 4 years of industry, corporate sales or business development experience from Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure, Pipelines or Offshore industries.
  2. Established track records in sales or business development initiatives.
  3. Has broad cross-cultural and market exposure with strong networks.
  4. Dynamic self-starter who is versatile and has sound business judgment.
  5. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and people management skills.
  6. Willing to travel around the ASEAN region.
