Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnership opportunities that align with company goals.

  • Develop partnership strategies to drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and market expansion.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and mutual benefits.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners, industry stakeholders, and organizations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with business priorities and go-to-market strategies.

  • Track and measure the effectiveness of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging market opportunities.

  • Represent the company in partner meetings, conferences, and networking events.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

  • Proven track record of identifying and closing strategic deals.

  • Ability to analyze markets, assess opportunities, and build data-driven strategies.

  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally.

  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
