Strategic Partnerships Manager

We are looking for a results-driven professional to lead the acquisition and growth of strategic partnerships for consumer-focused programs. This role involves sourcing and securing new partners, managing programs from concept to launch, and driving measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and acquire new partnership opportunities and convert prospects into live programs.
- Design and execute partner acquisition strategies to meet agreed targets.
- Launch and manage programs end-to-end, from planning to ongoing optimization.
- Analyze partner and market data to optimize program performance and ROI.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partners and manage commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and onboarding.
- Track program and acquisition KPIs and implement strategies to drive growth and retention.
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or program/account management.
- Proven track record of partner acquisition, commercial negotiation, and closing deals.
- Experience managing partnerships or programs from start to finish.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrable ability to meet partner acquisition or pipeline conversion targets.
- Experience with consumer-focused products or programs is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
