Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with influencers, content creators, and key opinion leaders across various markets. This role is critical to expanding our global presence and fostering strategic partnerships within the Web3, crypto, and broader digital communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Research and identify influencers, content creators, and key opinion leaders aligned with our brand and values
  2. Conduct outreach, build relationships, and manage negotiations with influencers for promotional activities
  3. Coordinate and track influencer campaigns across platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives
  4. Maintain a structured database of partnerships, campaign performance, and communications
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure consistent brand representation
  6. Provide regular reports on campaign outcomes, performance metrics, and partnership development
  7. Monitor trends within influencer marketing and the crypto industry to optimize outreach strategy
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, outreach management, or partnership development, preferably within the gaming, tech, charity, or Web 3 sectors
  • Fluent English, with a minimum proficiency level of C1
  • Native-level proficiency in at least one of the following languages is a significant advantage: Spanish, Portuguese, Russian
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and crypto communities
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously
  • Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Familiarity with Web3 culture, terminology, and market trends (preferred but not required)
