
Strategic Partnership Manager

This role is a key position within our organization, focused on fostering long-term relationships with strategic partners. The successful candidate will possess strong account management skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.
The primary objective of this role is to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, acting as their advocate within our organization. This involves developing and maintaining strong relationships across all organizational levels, from front-line managers to executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each partner's business model and ensure alignment to drive success for all parties.
- Ensure fulfillment of contract deliverables, manage SLAs, provide ongoing education, and product enhancement to drive CSAT with partners and their end-user customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assist with partner implementations and provide feedback to sales teams post-implementation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Manage contract deliverables and SLAs.
- Provide ongoing education and product enhancement to partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement partner solutions.
- 5+ years account relationship management experience.
- 3+ years proven track record in Enterprise Account Relationship Management in presales or post-sales environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Technical skillset with problem resolution experience in contact center technology.
