Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Lead
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of all creator programs across platforms.
This role requires strong analytical acumen, excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in program management, performance marketing, or strategic planning.
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships plans that drive business growth and revenue.
- Lead cross-functional teams including analytics, campaign ops, and/or media planning to achieve program goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build and maintain real-time dashboards that track program performance.
- Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and optimize program results.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 6-8 years of experience in program management, performance marketing, or strategic planning.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical acumen and ability to build or oversee performance models.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills.
