Modern Trade Sales Executive

Your Role:
As aModern Trade Sales Executive, you will:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with modern trade partners (hypermarkets, supermarkets, and chain stores).
- Drive sales growth by executing effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and merchandising in stores.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, and finance) to achieve business objectives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in modern trade or key account management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with sales management tools.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
