In this dynamic role, you'll become part of a global FinTech organization that specializes in empowering financial institutions with its advanced Treasury and Capital Markets solutions. Our client is primarily looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to lead efforts in expanding their market presence within an exciting customer portfolio, while also acquiring new clients. You will have an opportunity to contribute to the evolution of financial services in the Philippines by delivering impactful solutions.
As the Sales Executive – Treasury and Capital Markets, you will play a key role in the growth of our client's offerings in the banking and financial services sectors. This key role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to open doors and close complex deals, while developing long-term partnerships with decision-makers across the industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling sophisticated financial solutions and the ability to collaborate effectively with leading financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full sales cycle for our client's Treasury and Capital Market products, from prospecting to closing, while ensuring customer needs are met throughout the process for new and existing customers.
- Leverage strong networking skills while enhancing the client experience in the financial services/banking sector.
- Drive sales growth through executive relationships from Tier 1 and Tier 2 Financial Institutions/Banks.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless and effective solutions to customers, while demonstrating strong sales operations focus and driving the effective use of customer relationship platforms for forecasting and updates.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of selling experience in enterprise financial services/banking software, SaaS, or Fintech areas
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry, strongly preferred on Treasury and Capital Markets.
- Ability to establish and nurture relationships with C-suites in customers, identifying their needs and offering solutions that aligns with their business goals
- Excellent team player with a deep understanding of commercial dynamics.
- Willingness to travel
- A bachelor's degree is a must
