Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales efforts in the FMCG (non-food) sector, with a strong focus on modern trade distribution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing strategic relationships with major buyers in supermarkets, pharmacies, and similar retail channels. This role requires strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to execute sales strategies effectively.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in FMCG sales (non-food) or modern trade distribution (e.g., supermarkets, pharmacies).

Skills: Strong data analysis, presentation, negotiation, and planning skills.

Working Location
