We're hiring an End-to-End Sales Rep (Closer) | Remote | Full-Time Commission
Junn AI is growing fast. We're looking for elite sales professionals who can CLOSE. Are you the rep who consistently beats quota? The one who knows how to build trust, pitch smart, and handle objections with precision? If you've got the KPIs to prove it and the charisma to back it up, we want to hear from you. This isn't a "just book the call" role. You'll own the full sales cycle - from first contact to close and beyond.
Job Description:
We're looking for a confident, results-driven Sales Closer who knows how to turn conversations into conversions. You'll be handling warm leads provided by our marketing team, but you must also be capable of generating cold leads when necessary to hit sales targets.
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct discovery calls and close deals with qualified inbound leads.
- Proactively generate cold leads when necessary to boost sales pipeline.
- Present and pitch solutions tailored to the client's needs.
- Handle objections smoothly and guide leads toward conversion.
- Track interactions and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve sales strategies.
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in closing high-ticket sales or B2B deals.
- Comfortable with both inbound and outbound lead generation.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong experience selling SEO services and other digital marketing solutions.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
