About the Position

Sany Philippines, Inc. is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to oversee our Trucks & Heavy Equipment division, driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with key accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their complete satisfaction with our products and services
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process from initial contact to successful closure
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform our strategic decision-making
  • Provide regular reports and updates on account performance, pipeline, and growth initiatives
  • Mentor and support more junior members of the sales team, sharing your expertise and industry knowledge

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar account management or sales role, preferably within the trucks and heavy equipment industry
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to creatively overcome challenges
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior-level stakeholders
  • Extensive knowledge of the local market and industry trends, with the ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Proficient in the use of CRM and sales reporting tools
