Job Summary:
The Training Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling training programs to businesses and individuals. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their training needs, and offering customized training solutions. The executive will work closely with the training and sales teams to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and generate leads for corporate and individual training programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and meetings to promote training programs.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable training solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
- Research market trends and competitor activities in the training industry.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target specific industries or client groups.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns.
- Provide clients with detailed information about training programs, schedules, and benefits.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Work with internal trainers to align sales efforts with training content.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the training or education industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
