Responsibilities:

  1. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  2. Assist visitors.
  3. Manage and maintain office supplies, inventory, and fixed assets.
  4. Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
  5. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  6. Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents.
  7. Handle incoming and outgoing documents (i.e., mails/letters).
  8. Ensure that the office is clean and any concerns relating to it are addressed.
  9. Accurately enter data into spreadsheets and databases.
  10. Maintain accurate records and files.
  11. Support the local accounting (depositing checks, updating passbooks, etc.) and operations team.
  12. Generate reports as needed.
  13. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
