We install essential safety and mobility equipment — like stairlifts and wheelchair ramps — to help seniors live safely and independently at home.

Overview

We are looking for a full-time recruiter to help us find, evaluate, and hire top talent, both in the U.S. and globally.

Responsibilities
  • Write high-converting job descriptions tailored to each platform for both U.S. and international hiring. Roles include installation technicians, sales, logistics, etc.
  • Source and screen candidates using structured rubrics to ensure quality and cultural fit.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to identify top candidates.
  • Schedule follow-up interviews with our team and manage clear, professional communication throughout the hiring process.
  • There will be opportunity to grow with strategic projects:
    • Sourcing Strategy: Identify untapped talent pools, build target lists, and develop systems to nurture strong candidates who may be a fit for future openings.
    • Employer Branding: Create content like short video testimonials, develop a compelling careers page, and help position Golden Home Access as an employer of choice.
    • Recruiting Systems & Analytics: Implement and manage an ATS to track funnel metrics and optimize hiring ROI per channel.
    • Market Intelligence: Provide insights on salaries, local talent trends, competitor hiring activity, and labor regulations.
    You're a fit if you
    • Have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Have experience recruiting for U.S. clients, especially hiring across both U.S. and international talent pools.
    • Are resourceful and creative in finding candidates beyond traditional job boards.
    • Follow structured, process-driven evaluations to ensure fair and consistent hiring decisions.
    • Are tech-savvy and highly organized, comfortable using ATS systems and other recruiting tools.
