Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. This role ensures that the company attracts, hires, and retains high-performing employees aligned with brand values and customer service standards. Additionally, the role includes monitoring and validating employees' Daily Time Records (DTR) to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Psychology or Industrial Relations
- Proficiency in various HR software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to act with integrity and professionalism
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Responsible for full recruitment cycle i.e post job advertisements, screen candidates for minimum qualifications, shortlist suitable applicants, provide candidate overviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers, and contract signing.
- Maintain a constant and prepared pool of backup candidates to promptly fill requirements to minimize delays.
- Submit to the payroll encoder the details and list of the new employees
- Build and maintain a talent pool for upcoming store openings and seasonal hiring.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare reports (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, turnover rates).
- Support compliance with labor laws and company policies
Onboarding
- Facilitate new hire orientation for store and head office employees.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding.
- Monitor new hire performance during probationary period and provide feedback to managers.
DTR & HR Administration
- Collect, review, and validate employees' Daily Time Records (DTR) for accuracy.
- Monitor attendance, absences, tardiness, and overtime in line with company policies.
- Coordinate with Payroll encoder for timely processing of salary based on verified DTRs.
- Address and resolve discrepancies in DTR in coordination with the Department Heads.
