Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for all roles within the restaurant group, from front-of-house staff to kitchen crew and management. This position plays a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent in a high-volume and demanding industry. The Recruitment Officer ensures a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the business while promoting the company as a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Attraction

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to find the best talent for various restaurant positions.
  • Utilize a wide range of sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, employee referrals, and partnerships with culinary schools or vocational centers.
  • Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to actively build a candidate pipeline.

2. Candidate Management

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage the candidate database and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.

3. Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

4. Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure all recruitment and hiring practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports, including metrics on time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and recruitment source effectiveness.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
