Duties include but are not limited to:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, clients and other internal and external partners
- Manage contact list and executives' calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Monitor daily expenses and prepare weekly monthly or quarterly reports
- Manage/oversee company events
- Create and review customer spreadsheets and keep online records
- Conduct market research and report on the results
- Set reminders for certain tasks, annual subscription payments, etc.
- Assist with screening potential new clients
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Assistant or similar role to clients and/or leaders from the US, the UK, AU or other entities
- Excellent MS Office and Canva knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications
- Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
System requirements:
- Computer Processor: At least i5, 5th generation for both primary and back up computers
- Computer Memory/RAM: At least 8.00 GB for both primary and back up computers
- Computer OS: Windows 10
- Internet speed must be running on a 20+ Mbps wired plan (at least 10 Mbps for back up connection)
