  1. Schedule meetings for the executive head.
  2. Manage the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
  3. Communicate between the executive and employees.
  4. Problem-solve any issues that the executive requests.
  5. Ensure that the executives attend all important meetings.
  6. Take minutes of the meetings.
  7. Prepare correspondence independently from notes, instructions, or initiative, assuring appropriate form, style, punctuation, spelling, and grammar.
  8. Provide information, answer complaints, or schedule appointments for the department head or other staff members.
  9. Assist with the preparation of contracts, ordinances, and other legal documents, review applications and requests for action, and assist in various further details.
  10. Monitor/Liquidate CAD Department Petty Cash.
