Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)- 2-4 years in Learning and Development in a BPO or outsourcing environment is required.
- Experience as HRBP, Learning and Development and related HR facets is preferred.
- At least C1 EN level proficiency
- Exposure to Moodle or similar training and development platforms.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in using data and trends to craft actionable training solutions.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, Train-the-Trainer) is a definite plus
- Amenable to work onsite in IT Park, Cebu City
- Be ready to provide a portfolio of past projects as part of the recruitment process.
- Shortlisted candidates will also participate in a fun, 30-minute demo to showcase their skills and creativity.
- Identify skills gaps and design targeted training solutions that make an impact.
- Lead and facilitate training modules and internal certification programs
- Create fun, dynamic training programs using platforms like Moodle and other tools.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to craft learning strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Foster a culture of learning through interactive workshops, technical training, and leadership development programs.
- Perform training data analysis arising from interviews, focus groups, and training needs analysis to assess employee proficiency for potential or future open positions.
- Leverage innovative training tools and technologies to keep learning exciting and relevant.
