The Learning & Development Officer is responsible for the management, administration and direction of Wealthbank Learning Institute (WLI) by providing creative and effective classroom instruction to its personnel on a diverse range of subject matter. She/he also performs duties as a liaison between the Human Resources Department and various business units, departments and branches to ensure quality training programs are developed, customized, approved, maintained, revised and properly documented as required.

Job Requirements:
Candidate must be a graduate of BS/BA in Psychology; a postgraduate degree on Industrial Psychology/ Industrial Relations/ Human Resource Management/ Master in Business Administration is an advantage
With at least 3 years of HR practice in the industrial field with at least one (1) year supervisory experience
Registered psychometrician is an advantage but not required.
