
Learning and Development Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs across various departments. This individual will work closely with key stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions that support business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering training programs in areas such as leadership, communication, and technical skills;
- Conducting needs assessments and analyzing data to inform training strategies;
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop high-quality training content;
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and recommending improvements;
- Maintaining accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a leadership role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs;
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
