
Chief Learning Experience Officer

We are seeking an accomplished Learning Solutions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end learning solutions to bring learning projects to life in various modalities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire process of designing and developing learning content for a variety of projects and learning assets
• Develop the conceptual design of training assets, including the learning objectives and storyboard or outline, in alignment with business requirements
• Create detailed designs using in-brand templates for projects inclusive of activities, assessments, and reinforcement
• Engage with stakeholders for feedback and reviews, as needed
• Manage trainer readiness processes for instructor-led programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (may substitute with 4 or more years of equivalent experience)
• Four or more years of instructional design experience, including: • Instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Rapid Content Development, etc.) • Content design/development in various modalities including: eLearning, Performance Support, Virtual Instructor Led, Instructor Led, hybrid etc. • Curriculum development and review
• Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
• Willingness to work US-based hours

• Experience with content development tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond, Skyllful, Google Suite, etc.)
• Video Production
• Graphic Design
• L1 - 4 evaluation and ROI of learning solutions
• Experience in a Telco workgroup
