Learning and Development Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of our leadership and learning agenda.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain process documentation that adheres to company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry codes, and company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure success of learning and development activities.
  • Coordinate with Academy counterparts to provide data and analysis.
  • Administer the day-to-day operations of the LMS and serve as the primary contact for technical questions or troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with curriculum development teams and training committees to ensure online trainings are set up accurately.
  • Maintain a learning management system (LMS) that meets all regulatory compliance needs.
  • Manage Learning System functions, including monitoring of course content and course approvals.

Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in a talent or learning team.
  • Experience working in a project-based environment.
  • Analytical skills and ability to work with data.
  • Administrative support experience in a global and complex organization.
