Edlution Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based software development company specializing in custom software solutions, ERP-like systems, and IT infrastructure consulting. We help businesses that require tailored internal systems and workflows to optimize their operations. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Business Development Executive to grow our client base and strengthen our presence in the region.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a trustworthy Business Development Executive who will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in B2B sales, software solutions, or IT services, and is comfortable engaging with SMEs and enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze market trends, understand client pain points, and provide feedback to improve Edlution's service offerings.
  2. Identify potential business clients, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  3. Present and pitch Edlution's software solutions and services to decision-makers in SMEs and enterprises.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth sales process and continued engagement.
  5. Work closely with the sales and technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
  6. Take charge of all marketing materials such as websites, brochures, EDMs, flyers, and PowerPoint presentations. This includes planning, coordinating, and ensuring timely execution by working with vendors or internal staff to support sales and business development efforts.

Work Discipline & Team Collaboration:

  1. Be punctual and maintain regular attendance, ensuring a timely start of work and adherence to project schedules and team meetings.
  2. Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and external vendors.
  3. Communicate clearly and proactively to ensure project alignment and task completion.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or IT/software sales.
  2. Strong understanding of software development solutions, ERP systems, or IT infrastructure services is preferred.
  3. Proven track record of lead generation, closing deals, and managing B2B client relationships.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and proactively seek out business opportunities.
  6. Able to speak English well and communicate effectively with Singapore English speakers.
  7. Familiarity with the Singapore market and business culture is an advantage.
  8. Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, based in Cebu Mandaue City or Cebu City, Philippines.
  9. Note: This role may require travel to Singapore or the region on short notice (less than a week) for important client meetings or business engagements.
