We are seeking a trustworthy Business Development Executive to grow our client base and strengthen our presence in the region. This role plays a key part in identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in B2B sales, software solutions, or IT services, and is comfortable engaging with SMEs and enterprises. They should be able to analyze market trends, understand client pain points, and provide feedback to improve Edlution's service offerings.

The Business Development Executive will identify potential business clients, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline of opportunities. They will also present and pitch Edlution's software solutions and services to decision-makers in SMEs and enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze market trends, understand client pain points, and provide feedback to improve Edlution's service offerings.
  2. Identify potential business clients, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  3. Present and pitch Edlution's software solutions and services to decision-makers in SMEs and enterprises.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth sales process and continued engagement.
  5. Work closely with the sales and technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
  6. Take charge of all marketing materials such as websites, brochures, EDMs, flyers, and PowerPoint presentations.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or IT/software sales.
  2. Strong understanding of software development solutions, ERP systems, or IT infrastructure services is preferred.
  3. Proven track record of lead generation, closing deals, and managing B2B client relationships.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Able to work independently and proactively seek out business opportunities.
  6. Familiarity with the Singapore market and business culture is an advantage.
