Description
  • Ability to identify issues, concerns and possible road blocks and define and navigate an appropriate course of action.
  • Identifies issues in the district and provides recommendations on how to address and improve systems.
  • Analyzes the impact of marketing activities conducted in the district.
  • Manages Medical Representative's performances to achieve at 100% sales target.
  • Review sales performance, and recommends steps in building a profitable business relationship with key customers.
  • Ability to craft clear roadmap and business development plan for the district.
  • Holds monthly meetings with Medical Representatives for accurate interpretation of Sales, Marketing, Company Programs and other activities.
  • Reviews Medical Representative's assessment of business potential and opportunities in their territory.
  • Ability to stimulate gathering of competitive intelligence.
  • Increase level of employee engagement through bridging Medical Representatives and the Management.
  • Cascades corporate information, processes, programs, and systems to the Medical Representatives effectively.
  • Collaborates with other Departments.
  • Complies to all company guidelines.
  • Represents the company in conjunction with customers.
Requirements
  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • At least 3 years of general experience in Sales (any industry)
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in Sales.
  • At least 1 year of specific experience related to Marketing and Pharmaceutical sales.
  • Proficient in Communication Skills, Customer Service, Planning and Organization, Execution, Interpersonal Skills.
