Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the lubricants and energy sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
  • Provide technical support and product training to customers to ensure optimal product performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Sales Manager for Lubricants & Energy should have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of lubricants and energy solutions.
  • Proven expertise in sales of raw materials for lubricants
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
