We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for either of the following areas:
- Sales Manager for Renewable Energy
- Sales Manager for Power Market
This is a direct-hiring and full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our presence in the power generation and distribution industry.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to identify, target, and secure new clients in the power industry.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, including power plant operators, utility companies, and project managers.
- Negotiating and closing sales contracts for our range of power/renewable energy generation and transmission products and services.
- Providing technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Providing regular progress reports and forecasts to the management team.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the power generation/renewable energy industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy products/services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex technical solutions to clients.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive sales and support operational activities.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field is preferred.
