We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for either of the following areas:

  1. Sales Manager for Renewable Energy
  2. Sales Manager for Power Market

This is a direct-hiring and full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our presence in the power generation and distribution industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to identify, target, and secure new clients in the power industry.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, including power plant operators, utility companies, and project managers.
  • Negotiating and closing sales contracts for our range of power/renewable energy generation and transmission products and services.
  • Providing technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  • Providing regular progress reports and forecasts to the management team.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the power generation/renewable energy industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy products/services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex technical solutions to clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive sales and support operational activities.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field is preferred.
