About the role:

As Sales Manager – Bravo, you will be the owner of our Class B product segment, driving revenue growth, building deep relationships with high-end salons, and leading a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Agents to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Segment Leadership & Accountability

  • Lead, mentor, and hold Bravo ASMs & Agents accountable.

  • Set clear quarterly Rocks and ensure focus on top priorities.

2. Revenue Growth & Target Achievement

  • Develop and execute the annual/quarterly sales plan for Class B products.

  • Hit or exceed sales targets (volume, revenue, margin).

  • Expand share of wallet with existing salon accounts; acquire new high-end salon partners.

3. Team Management & Coaching

  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Area Sales Managers.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and 1:1 coaching sessions.

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing (best practices, competitive wins).

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Own relationships with top‐tier salons and key accounts in the Bravo segment.

  • Lead quarterly business reviews, strategic negotiations, and escalation handling.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing to design segment-specific promotions and events.

  • Collaborate with Education on product training schedules and demos.

  • Work with Sales Analytics on forecasting, pipeline management, and scorecard metrics.

6. Planning & Reporting

  • Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts and territory plans.

  • Report segment performance to the GT Head in weekly Level 10 meetings.

  • Identify market trends, competitive threats, and new opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or related)

  • Skills & Tools: Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM) Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills Comfortable with MS Office (Excel for basic reports)

  • Experience: 1–3 years in B2B field sales or FMCG distribution (salon/beauty channel a plus) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Work Experience:
    - 5+ years in B2B sales (ideally in beauty, salon, or FMCG distribution).
    - 2+ years in a frontline sales management role, leading multi-tiered teams.

  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales targets and growing key accounts.

  • Technical Skills:
    - Proficient with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
    - Strong analytical skills—able to translate data into actionable plans.
