Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Lubricants Accounts Manager. This role involves appointing and managing lubricants distributors, sub-distributors, and wholesalers within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
  • Appoint and manage lubricants distributors, sub-distributors, and wholesalers within the assigned territory.
  • Penetrate key trade and sales channels, including auto supply shops, motorcycle shops, industrial accounts, IWS, and LPG dealers.
  • Achieve target volume and profitability goals.
  • Ensure product availability in all retail stations within the assigned area.
  • Drive product presence across relevant online platforms.
  • Support and ensure partners' profitability through effective account management and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any Engineering course.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the lubricants, fuel, petroleum, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Proven experience working with distributors and direct accounts.
