Job 1: Executive Virtual Assistant – Zoho Freelance

Permanent. This is a remote position. Bezla.com LLC is a U.S.-based global hotel sales and marketing management company seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our support team. Role is a work-from-home independent contractor position with base hourly pay plus bonuses. Coachability is needed to succeed in this position.

Job 2: Remote Virtual Assistant – Legal Firm (Australia/Sydney Time)

Permanent day shift – remote. Work Schedule: 9-5 AEST. To start 30 hours per week; may progress to full-time. Hourly rate: AUD 7–8.

Purpose : Provide a range of timely and accurate administrative support to help the client stay organized and focus on more advanced responsibilities.

Job Qualifications :

  • At least 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in the legal industry.
  • Experience using Clio software is a MUST.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills; attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; proficient social media savvy; report writing; minute-taking experience.

General tasks : Create templates on Clio, manage client information, handle calls and messages, data entry to create templates from precedents, etc.

Other Potential tasks : Content creation and posting on social media; file management.

Job 3: Executive Virtual Assistant – Bookkeeping & Project Coordination (Real Estate & Construction Focus)

Type: Part-Time. This role focuses on bookkeeping and construction project coordination along with general administrative support. Requires experience with QuickBooks, construction software (e.g., Build-A-Trend), and administrative tools. Independent work across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Bookkeeping & Finance : Maintain QuickBooks records, monthly reconciliations, expense categorization, invoice management, accounts payable/receivable, leadership reports.
  • Project Management Support : Use Build-A-Trend or similar software to update projects, timelines, documentation; coordinate with contractors and vendors; track budgets and deadlines.
  • Administrative Tasks : Manage email/calendar across time zones; coordinate travel; organize files; SOP creation; light social media support and content scheduling.
  • Cross-Business Support : Potentially support light admin/bookkeeping tasks for another service-based business; adapt to shifting priorities.

Qualifications :

  • Strong QuickBooks knowledge; experience in construction or service industry accounting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms (Build-A-Trend, Monday.com, Asana, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal English; highly organized; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong work ethic aligned with Filipino cultural values of integrity and reliability; college degree preferred.
