Atlas Virtual Support was founded by former Compass marketing and operations leaders to provide quality, reliable, and affordable support for real estate agents. By outsourcing non-dollar productive tasks to a VA specializing in supporting agents, Atlas helps agents do more business without doing more work. The company is based in Makati and offers an on-site role for Real Estate Virtual Assistants.

Role Description

We are looking for several top talent professionals that appreciate world-class service and high achievement. We need proactive and creative problem solvers. This is a part to full-time remote role for Real Estate Virtual Assistance. You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, marketing support, and client engagement for the top luxury real estate agents in the US. You'll be working closely with creative and passionate founders who want to build a world class team in the Philippines. We're looking for professionals that want Long Term employment and are willing to help grow with the company.

The day-to-day tasks may include data entry and organization, communication management, CRM management, content creation, calendar coordination, document management, communicating with leads and vendors, and creative problem solving to help grow and support real estate agents' businesses.

Qualifications

  • 2 years minimum
    Residential Real Estate
    Experience**
  • Ideal candidates have experience doing
    residential
    transaction coordination
    work (with US transactions)
  • Advanced business communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in real estate and administrative assistance
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and terminology
  • Proactive and growth mindset
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Access to consistent power and internet
  • College degree
