
Virtual Assistant

We are in search of a Virtual Assistant (onsite) to provide administrative support and ensure efficient daily operations.
Rate: $3-$5 /hr
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling.
- Perform data entry, research, and file management.
- Assist with reports and documentation.
- Support general admin tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a VA or Administrative Assistant preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
- Must work onsite at BGC, Taguig.
- Must use a time tracker for accountability.
