This is a remote position. Bezla.com LLC is a U.S.-based global hotel sales and marketing management company operating branded full- and select-service hotels, resorts, convention centers, and independently owned hotels. The company seeks an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial Virtual Assistant to join our support team. The role is a remote independent contractor position with base hourly pay plus bonuses.
Day-to-day responsibilities often include:
- Preparing reports
- Calendar management
- Writing articles
- Scheduling administrative appointments
- Using social media management and digital marketing tools
- Basic bookkeeping
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with distinction
- 1+ years of Marketing & Sales related experience in at least one of: Digital Marketing, Telemarketing, CRM, Sales/Channel Management, Marketing Spend Effectiveness, Marketing Insights and Analytics
- Ability to work 9 AM – 5 PM EST
- High-speed internet of at least 10 Mbps
- Laptop/PC with at least 16 GB RAM
- Noise-canceling headset
