Executive Virtual Assistant – Remote (Bezla.com LLC, Imus)
Permanent | This is a remote position.
Bezla.com LLC is a U.S.-based global hotel sales and marketing management company operating branded full- and select-service hotels, resorts, convention centers, and independently owned hotels. The company’s experienced operators, industry-leading platforms, and extensive marketing capabilities produce revenue and returns for hotel owners and investors. Bezla is expanding and seeks an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial Virtual Assistant to join our support team. This is a remote, work-from-home independent contractor position with base hourly pay plus bonuses. Coachability is needed to succeed. A day in the life often includes:
- Preparing reports
- Calendar management
- Writing articles
- Scheduling administrative appointments
- Using social media management and digital marketing tools
- Basic bookkeeping
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with distinction
- 1+ years of Marketing & Sales related experience in Digital Marketing, Telemarketing, CRM, Sales/Channel Management, Marketing Spend Effectiveness, or Analytics
- Ability to work 9 AM – 5 PM EST
- High-speed internet (at least 10 Mbps)
- Laptop/PC with at least 16GB RAM
- Noise-canceling headset
- Quiet, dedicated workspace

Permanent | This is a remote position. Work Schedule: 9-5 AEST; starting 30 hours per week, may progress to full time. VA Rate: $7-8 AUD per hour.
Purpose : Provide timely and accurate administrative support to help the client stay organized and focus on more advanced responsibilities. The role is integral to the business success.
Job Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of relevant Administrative support experience, preferably in the legal industry
- Experience using Clio software is a MUST
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organized with good data management and process skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Social media savvy; good report writing and minute-taking abilities
General Tasks
- Create templates on Clio; manage client information; route calls and capture messages
- Data entry to create/client matters; prepare precedents
- Content creation and social media posting; file management
Detailed Duties & Responsibilities
- Admin tasks: email and calendar management, data entry, legal matter management, file management, drafting emails/reports
- Chase settlement letters; perform legal research
- Handle inbound/outbound calls; coordinate staff and meetings
- Prepare communications and documentation; post content on social media
- Respond to inquiries; liaise with stakeholders, services users, families, staff and advocates
Part-Time
Summary : Dedicated VA responsible for bookkeeping, construction project coordination, and general admin; experience with QuickBooks, construction software, and admin tools; capable of working independently across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Finance
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks records; monthly reconciliations; expense categorization; invoice management
- Track accounts payable/receivable; prepare leadership reports
Project Management Support
- Use Build-A-Trend or similar to assist with project updates, timelines, and documentation
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, internal stakeholders; track budgets and deadlines
Administrative Tasks
- Manage email and calendar across time zones; coordinate travel; file organization and SOPs
- Light social media support and content scheduling as needed
Cross-Business Support
- Potentially support light admin/bookkeeping for another service-based business
- Adapt to shifting priorities across workstreams
Qualifications
- Strong QuickBooks knowledge; construction/service industry accounting is a plus
- Familiarity with project management platforms (Build-A-Trend, Monday.com, Asana, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic aligned with Filipino values of integrity and reliability
- College degree preferred
