Financial Processing & Record Keeping: Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors. Manage accounts receivable, including generating and sending customer invoices, and following up on overdue accounts. Assist with payroll processing, including timesheet collection and verification. Handle company credit card and expense reconciliations. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Maintain and update financial files, records, and documentation in an organized manner. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance team and other departments as needed. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Assist in the preparation of reports, budgets, and financial data analysis. Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal staff regarding financial matters. Help with the onboarding of new employees from a finance perspective (e.g., setting up in payroll system). Compliance & Data Management: Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and comply with company policies. Assist with internal and external audit preparations. Maintain the confidentiality and security of all financial information.
