We are looking for a Finance & Admin Staff to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing records, streamlining processes, and supporting daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, and expense tracking.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports.
- Assist in tax filing and compliance with government regulations.
- Manage office administration tasks such as document filing, procurement, and inventory management.
- Support HR processes in benefits administration.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial and administrative workflows.
- Maintain accurate and organized records for audits and internal reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software specifically QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
