Admin and Finance Officer

Job Summary:
The Admin and Finance Staff will support by handling administrative tasks, supporting in the financial transactions, and assisting with tax documentation. The role also involves creating marketing materials, managing procurement, and maintaining client, vendor, and partner relationships to ensure smooth operations and support growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Finance Duties
- Provide general support, including scheduling, file management, and student enrollment for the Institute of AV Technology.
- Assist in managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and handling tax-related documentation
- Help create graphic materials for social media and support promotional activities for the Institute of AV Technology
Purchasing & Business Development
- Assist in procurement, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely supply replenishment.
- Support dealer and partner communications, tracking agreements.
Qualifications:
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Experience
: Previous experience in administrative or finance roles is an advantage.
Skills
:
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive).
- Familiarity with tax regulations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical (Not required but preferred)
:
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva or similar tools).
- Knowledge of procurement processes.
Attributes
:
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
