Job Title: Finance Admin
Department: Finance and Accounting
Location: #20 Corner Rose St., Reparo Rd., Barangay 161, Baesa, Caloocan City
Work Setup: On-site

Job Summary:
The Finance Admin is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Finance and Accounting Department. This role ensures accurate financial documentation, assists in processing transactions, and supports the smooth day-to-day operations of the team in handling the company's financial activities related to ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, and file financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and vouchers
- Assist in processing disbursements, reimbursements, and payment requests
- Encode and update financial records in spreadsheets or accounting systems
- Monitor and maintain accurate petty cash and expense reports
- Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Coordinate with suppliers, banks, and internal departments regarding finance-related matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements
- Provide clerical support such as scanning, photocopying, and preparing financial reports
- Perform other finance and admin-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- With at least 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information responsibly
- Willing to work on-site in Baesa, Caloocan City
