Key Responsibilities: Finance

  • Monitor accounts receivable/payable and follow up on overdue accounts ( via Xero)
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and budget reports.
  • Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, including filing of VAT, 1601-E, 1701, etc.
  • Process payroll, statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and government remittances.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and transaction logs.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain records of contracts, business permits, and other regulatory documents.
  • Provide direct administrative support to department heads, managers, or senior staff.
  • Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and partners for billing and documentation.
  • Assist in expense reports, budget tracking, and purchasing.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate procurement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a finance or administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with accounting software QuickBooks or Xero,
  • Experience with BIR filings and PH government compliance processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
