
Admin and Finance Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Finance
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable and follow up on overdue accounts ( via Xero)
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and budget reports.
- Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, including filing of VAT, 1601-E, 1701, etc.
- Process payroll, statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and government remittances.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and transaction logs.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain records of contracts, business permits, and other regulatory documents.
- Provide direct administrative support to department heads, managers, or senior staff.
- Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and partners for billing and documentation.
- Assist in expense reports, budget tracking, and purchasing.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate procurement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a finance or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with accounting software QuickBooks or Xero,
- Experience with BIR filings and PH government compliance processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
