About the role
As the Finance Admin at Hestia Properties and Development Corporation, you'll be an integral part of the finance team, responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient management of the company's financial records and reporting. In this full-time role based in Lipa City, Batangas, you'll play a key role in supporting the overall financial operations of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Maintaining and updating the company's financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Preparing financial statements, reports, and other documentation as required
- Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Providing administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, filing, and responding to inquiries
- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
- Collaborating with other departments to gather and analyse financial data
- Participating in special projects and initiatives as needed
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong skills in financial reporting, accounts management, and data analysis
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
