We are looking for an Events & Awards Administrator who will be part of the International Education Marketing Events team. The role will provide comprehensive administrative, logistical and first-line support to the Global Marketing Events team in the delivery of excellent physical, virtual, and hybrid events that meet customer needs and are aligned with proposition, brand, and commercial marketing objectives. Reporting to the Senior Events Insights & Awards Executive, your accountabilities will include: Provide comprehensive administrative, logistical and first-line support to the Global Marketing Events team First point of contact for external customers, assists in identifying areas for service and process improvement Ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for all event registrants by responding to and resolving issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries received from a range of stakeholders (colleagues, customers, FOI requests) relating to events, webinars and conferences Contribute to event-related projects as determined by the Senior Events Insights & Award Executive. An ideal candidate has the following qualities: Essential: Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power BI, as a minimum) Experience in providing a high level of customer service Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills; able to communicate data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Detail-oriented, organised, and adaptable to challenges and innovative solutions Understanding of despatch and logistics Desirable: Knowledge of using Zendesk Events management This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
