Customer Development Executive – Pasig
Responsibilities :
- Understands and translates client requirements into a solution offering.
- Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
- Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering demonstrations and presentations.
- Re-engage current leads and clients of Packetworx.
- Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential clients and planning and organizing sales call schedule.
- Prepares business plans, cost estimates, quotations, and proposals.
- Gains client acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
- Submits proposals by conferring with Engineering regarding costing and availability.
- Conducts technical information and training to partners and clients.
- Prepares and tracks sales and project reports.
- Coordinates with various teams to ensure timely delivery of the solutions and proof-of-concepts (POC) to clients.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Contributes to sales and engineering department’s effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.
- Ensures that sales targets are met.
- Conducts acquisition and management by ensuring that clients are engaged.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- With at least 1 year experience as Business Development Officer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Registered Engineer is a plus
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the construction industry
- With extensive experience in construction management, preparation of bid proposals, documents and technical specifications

- Above-average knowledge in data analysis, spearheads report writing, market research and programs
