Customer Success Executive Position: Sales & Customer Success (Japanese Required / Manila Local Hire) Location: Manila, Philippines About UKABU UKABU is a Japan-based SaaS startup with a vision to empower people who engage with customers through technology. We provide an AI-driven conversation support tool for sales and call centers, helping anyone deliver high-quality customer experiences. With over 100 enterprise clients in Japan and rapid growth, we are expanding overseas, starting with the Philippines. Overview Role: Customer Success Executive responsible for driving adoption, supporting onboarding, and contributing to market entry in the Philippines. Key Responsibilities Drive new business development with call centers and large enterprises Conduct product demos, present value, and lead negotiations Support onboarding: configure talk scripts and FAQs, provide training Promote adoption through regular check-ins and data-driven improvement proposals Share customer feedback and insights Requirements Business-level English (client-facing, negotiations, presentations) Conversational-level or higher Japanese (for internal and client communication) 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or customer success Ability to work independently and drive market entry as the first local member Preferred Qualifications Experience in call center / customer experience industry SaaS / CRM / contact center system implementation experience Leadership experience or aspiration to grow into a manager role What We Offer A pioneering role in UKABU’s international expansion Autonomy to build and grow the business in the Philippines Career path to lead the local team in the future Competitive local compensation package Compensation & Employment Salary Range: ₱40,000–₱60,000 per month (depending on experience and skills) Employment Type: Permanent, Local Hire Incentive Scheme: Commission and bonuses based on performance and adoption metrics Application screening Interview (in Japanese) Final interview (Japan HQ) We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
