- Lead Seamless Onboarding: Manage the onboarding of multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring a smooth transition to LOCAD.
- Be the Bridge: Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement client products and systems effectively.
- Train & Empower: Conduct engaging video call training sessions with clients on our systems and processes.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Refine onboarding content, guidelines, and operational processes to optimize how we operate.
- Spot Opportunities: Identify gaps or areas to enhance the client onboarding journey.
- Keep Stakeholders Informed: Provide timely updates and reports on the onboarding pipeline and projected completions.
- Be a Team Player: Support the onboarding team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- A proven ability to deliver high performance with minimal supervision .
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- A genuine passion for building relationships and helping clients succeed.
- Sharp attention to detail and strong prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and clients at once.
- Empathy and patience to guide clients confidently through the onboarding process.
