FUNCTION INTRODUCTION
Our Customer Development Executive provides the best solutions to our food business partners (chefs and operators) through our brands Knorr, Lady’s Choice, Best Foods, The Vegetarian Butcher and Carte d\'or. We engage in collaborative solution selling, ideation, creative recipes and profitability to grow our operators’ businesses and provide relevant dishes to diners.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
- To generate sales of Unilever Food Solutions products and penetrate an assigned territory at a profit and in a manner that ensures long-term viability.
- To generate sales and achieve agreed targets of Food Solutions products, increase product penetration with existing and new customers, and build excellent business relationships.
- Achieve agreed Sales Budgets in terms of sales volume and/or sales value.
- Monitor pricing and ensure correct prices at point-of-sale; implement UFS selling and chefmanship skills.
- Plan routing to maximize time at point-of-sale; check and act immediately on Out of Stock.
- Check assortment and availability of our brands; ensure shelf space in line with planograms; introduce innovations and maximize visibility; ensure qualitative in-store presence; negotiate local actions in line with company policies.
- Sell in promotions and negotiate best promo locations; implement national key account agreements and report gaps per POS.
- Target the right operator and identify size of opportunity; create and sustain demand through recipes and menus; grow uses and applications of UFS products through chefmanship; use marketing and merchandising support as needed.
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, HRM or equivalent.
- Culinary background, including leading and managing kitchen operations and commissary activities.
- Self-motivated, agile and passionate about food.
- High drive for learning and breakthrough thinking; enjoys collaboration and winning with customers.
- Willing to drive and do field work within the area.
